Only 45 exhibitors will be accepted due to space limitations.

Exhibitor Booth Fee - $565

  • A full paid conference registration is included in this fee for ONE person, as well as scheduled meals
  • Electrical setup is available for an additional $25 charge
  • Only one organization per booth.
  • There will be an additional charge per booth of $25 for electrical setup.
  • Exhibitors can furnish door prizes and sponsor events
  • Additional attendees will need to complete registration online

Additional Attendees

  • Full conference registration for additional persons will be $310 if paid until 9/19/2012 or $344 thereafter.
  • There is no extra cost for you to have additional persons on hand to tend your booth. It is expected that these booth only attendees will not take part in conference activities presentations or meals.  

Cancellations

Upon written or email notice, cancellation will be granted. We will refund exhibitor registration fees in accordance with the cancellation deadline requirement. A handling fee of $25 will be deducted from refund amount if granted. The cancellation deadline for a full refund is 8 weeks before the start of the conference. Any cancellation submitted after this date will not be refunded.
