Registration Policy

Discount Guidelines

Early Bird Registration is available until 8 weeks before the conference starts. All registration after that date will be available at the standard rate. We offer a discount to groups of 10 or more. Minimum group requirement must be met in order to qualify for discount; otherwise the standard registration rate will apply.

Individual & Group Registration

Registration allows individuals to attend the conference in its entirety, which includes the following: attendance to all conference presentations and receptions. All snack breaks, breakfasts and lunches during the conference are covered by registration costs as well.

Cancellations

Upon written or email notice, cancellation will be granted. We will refund registration fees in accordance with the cancellation deadline requirement. A handling fee of $25 will be deducted from refund amount if granted. The cancellation deadline for a full refund is October 6. Any cancellation submitted after this date will not be refunded.
